Requests and confirmation
A booking request is not a booking. We check the dates against every calendar the property is listed on and reply by email. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive our written confirmation and your payment has been received.
Prices
The price shown before you send a request includes nightly rates, cleaning and any extra-guest charges. We do not add a booking fee. If the price changes before confirmation, we will tell you and you can decline without cost.
Cancelling a booking
Each property shows its cancellation terms on its page and in our confirmation. Cancellation is free within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, all reservations are non-refundable.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot provide the stay you booked, for any reason within our control or outside it, we refund everything you have paid us in full, and help you find somewhere else if we can.
Arrival and the home
Check-in instructions and your door code are sent before arrival. Each property’s house rules are listed on its page and form part of these terms.
Who you are booking with
VC Property Limited, NZBN 9429053661968, Auckland, New Zealand. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
