What you can expect from every stay

Luxury is partly a beautiful room. It is also knowing exactly what you are booking, and who is looking after you.

    A small collection, on purpose

    We look after a small number of apartments and homes in Auckland, so each one gets our attention.

    A person checks every request

    We never send an automatic confirmation. Someone checks your dates against the property’s calendars and replies to you by email.

    The whole price before you ask

    You see the nightly rates, the cleaning fee and the GST before you send a request. There is no booking fee on top.

    Calendars you can see

    Property pages show the nights already taken on the booking calendars we have connected, so you can plan before you ask.

    Rules in plain words

    Check-in times, house rules and the cancellation policy are on every property page, not buried in the small print.

    An easy arrival

    Before you arrive you receive your check-in instructions, your door code and a direct contact for anything you need.
